U n d e r s u b - s e c t i o n ( 1 ) o f S e c t i o n 3 o f t h e Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring 11.14.0 Hectares (27.51 Acres) of dry lands to the same a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for setting up of new Industrial Park by SIPCOT.

The plan of the lands are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer/Land Acquisition, SIPCOT, Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District and may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

U n d e r s u b - s e c t i o n ( 1 ) o f S e c t i o n 3 o f t h e Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring 7.80.0 Hectares (19.27 Acres) of dry lands to the same a little more or less needed for Industrial Purposes, to wit, for setting up of new Industrial Park by SIPCOT.

The Government of Tamil Nadu, having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for Industrial purpose to Wit for the Establishment of new SIPCOT Industrial Park by SIPCOT at Adhagapadi Village and surrounding areas, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the lands controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purposes to wit for the formation of Industrial Park by SIPCOT and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Government the following Notice is issued under sub–section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub–section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring 6.57.5 Hectares to the same a little more or less needed for the formation of Industrial Park by SIPCOT.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), SIPCOT, Unit II, Sattur and may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.
