ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkazhi Road from 3/280 KM to 6/060 KM at 59.Thepperumanallur Village in Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1440 sq.mts. of Wet, Dry and Manai lands are acquired in 59.Thepperumanallur Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkazhi Road at KM (3/280 to 6/060).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-86, Omalur - Sankari - Tiruchengode - Paramathi Road from 15/900 KM to 17/500 KM at 87. Pappampadi (Part-2) Village in Omalur Taluk, Salem District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 13245 sq.mts. of Dry, Wet and R.Manai lands are acquired in 87. Pappampadi (Part-2) Village in Omalur Taluk, Salem District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-86, Omalur - Sankari - Tiruchengode - Paramathi Road at KM (15/900 KM to 17/500 KM).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Salem and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sankari @ Omalur may be inspected at any time during oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-58-II, Kanchipuram – Arakkonam – Tiruttani Road from 102/450 KM to 103/100 KM at No.25. Thanigaipolur (Part-3) Village in Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 22463 sq.mts. of R.Dry, R.Wet and R. Manai lands are acquired in No.25. Thanigaipolur (Part-4) Village in Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-58-II, Kanchipuram – Arakkonam – Tiruttani Road at KM (102/450 KM to 103/100 KM).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Strengthening and widening of SH-58 (Part II), Kanchipuram – Arakkonam - Tiruttani Road at KM (98/840 to 101/100) in No.19 Kainoor Village in Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the R.Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 68121 sq.mtr., are acquired in No.19 Kainoor Village in Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH- 58 (Part II), Kanchipuram - Arakkonam – Tiruttani Road at KM (98/840 to 101/100).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), TNRSP II, Chennai-32 and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Arakkonam in Ranipet District may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for widening and Strengthening of SH-58 (Part II), Kanchipuram – Arakkonam - Tiruttani Road at KM (95/600 to 96/480) in No.64. Paruthiputhur (Part-2) Village Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the R.Dry lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 30401 sq.mtr., are acquired in No.64. Paruthiputhur (Part-2) Village Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-58 (Part II), Kanchipuram - Arakkonam – Tiruttani Road at KM (95/600 to 96/480).
