In exercise of the powers conferred Under section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-2 here by confi rms the following variation to the conversion of controlled Industrial use into Residential use and to retain the part of E2E2 40'-00" wide and D3D3 50'-00 wide DD Plan proposed Road in S.F.Nos:316pt, 319/2Bpt, 331pt, 332/1pt, 2pt (ward C, Block 18, T.S.Nos.5/10; 6/2, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16) 3.33 Acres in Periyakuppam Village, Tiruvallur Municipality, Tiruvallur Taluk and Tiruvallur District, Tiruvallur Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc. No. 14236/2003/DP-l, dated:23.03.2007 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.19, Part-VI Section-l, Page No.219 and 220, dated: 16-05-2007 Publication No.VI(1) 299/2007 and the said draft notifi cation published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.45, Part-VI-1 Section-I, Page No.315, dated:06-11-2019 Publication No.VI(1)/516/2019.

Notice Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002) and Tamil Nadu Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019) No.VI(1)/512/2020.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below here to be required for the public purpose, for Construction of Road over Bridge at Km 7/2 of Damalerimuthur Road in lieu of existing LC 92 at Railway Km 220/500-600 in between Somanayankkanpatli and Pachur Railway Stations - through Highways Department, Thiriyalam Village, Natrampalli Taluk, and Tirupattur District through Highways Department, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(Project), Highways (Construction and Maintenance), Vellore and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

(Regarding "'Adjournments of Civil and Sessions Courts in Madurai District for the year 2021 issued in consonance with the instructions given in the Hon'ble High Court's Offi cial Memorandum in ROC. No- 66806- A/2020/C3, dated 27-11-2020) Notice is hereby given that the Civil and Sessions Courts in the District of Madurai will remain closed for ANNUAL SUMMER VACATION FOR 2021as follows: -
1. The District and Sessions Court, Madurai, the Courts of Subordinate Judges/Assistant Sessions Judges of Madurai, Thirumangalam, Melur & Usilampatti and' the Courts of District Munsif's, Madurai Town, Madurai Taluk at Madurai, Thirumangalam, Melur and Vadipatti will remain closed from Saturday, the 1st May, 2021 to Monday, the 31st day of May, 2021. They shall re-open on Tuesday, the 1st day of June 2021 after Summer - Vacation.
2. The Offi ce of the Part-Time Offi cial Receiver, Madurai will remain open throughout the Summer Vacation.
3. (i) No plaints or petitions except applications for grant of copies and for service and execution of process will ordinarily be received during the Vacation.
(ii) In case of Vacation Civil Judge is appointed by the Government for this District, urgent plaints, Appeals and petitions in the Civil cases alone will be received and disposed of by him in exercise of powers vested in him under Section 30 of Central Act III of 1873 as amended by the Tamil Nadu Act XVII of 1950.

No Plaint or Petition except application for grant of copies and for the service and execution of process will be received during the above said adjournments.
The Offi ce of the Copyist's Establishment and Process Service Establishment will be kept open throughout the Summer Vacation, Dussehra Holidays and Christmas Holidays but, no warrant will be executed during the above said adjournments.

The sitting will be adjusted having regard to the work available and if suffi cient work is not available, there will be one sitting in a week.
During the period of Vacation, urgent applications for bail and other Sessions works will be attended by the District and Sessions Judge, to be appointed and to Preside over the Sessions Divisions of Karur by the High Court under powers conferred by section 9(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973.
