Offi ce of the Assistant Director of Handlooms and Textiles, Virudhunagar as its offi cial Liquidator of R1 Virudhunagar Weavers Co-operative Society, Virudhunagar.

In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai-2 here by confi rms the following variation to the conversion of Agricultural use into Residential use in S.F.No. 407/1pt, 410/1pt, 410/2pt, 411/1, 411/2, 412 in Vilankurichi Village, Coimbatore Taluk Coimbatore District, Coimbatore Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc. No. 52425/93/DP3, dated:25-07-1994 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.13, Part-VI, Sec-1, Page No.634 dated: 07-04-1999 Publication No.VI/610/1999 and the said draft notifi cation published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.37, Part-VI—Section-1, Page No.189, dated:09-09-2020 Publication No.VI(1)/311/2020.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for strengthening and widening of SH-40 Tiruchendur–Ambasamudram–Palayamkottai Road at Km 82/700 to 84/300 K.M. Vellanguli Village in Ambasamudram Taluk, Tirunelveli District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer, Tirunelveli (CKICP) Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on said lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
