AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATIONS

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 375-B of the Tamil Nadu District Municipalities Act, 1920 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1920), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/MAWS/687(c-1)/2016, published at pages 1 to 11 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated the 24th October 2016, as subsequently amended.

2. The amendment hereby made shall come into force with effect on and from the 1st January 2021.

2. The amendment hereby made shall come into force with effect on and from the 1st January 2021.

2. The amendment hereby made shall come into force with effect on and from the 1st January 2021.

2. The amendment hereby made shall come into force with effect on and from the 1st January 2021.
