No.II(2)/HO/9/2021.—Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Prisons Act, 1894 (Act No. IX of 1894), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that the premises of Transit Yard in Central Prison, Puzhal shall be a Prison for the purpose of quarantine and segregation of the prisoners affected by Covid-19 and also for the usual necessities of the Central Prison, Puzhal for which the Transit Yard was constructed in the Central Prison, Puzhal.

Ms. No. 513, Home (Cts-III), 23rd December 2020, மார்கழி 8, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.] No.II(2)/HO/15/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that in the District of The Nilgiris, the Subordinate Judge's Court at Udhagamandalam shall have and exercise original jurisdiction over the District Munsif's Court at Kundah in addition to its existing jurisdiction with effect from the date on which the District Munsif assumes charge of the District Munsif's Court at Kundah.

No.II(2)/LE/17/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 87 read with Section 91A of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (Central Act XXXIV of 1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby exempts the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Chennai from the operation of the said Act for the further period of one year from 25-07-2020 to 24-07-2021.

(1) The above exemption is subject to the following conditions, namely:-

(a) The aforesaid management shall ensure that the medical benefi ts being provided to the regular employees of the corporation shall also be extended to the Loadmen and Godown / Casual Labours engaged by the corporation.

(b) The aforesaid Management wherein the employees are employed shall maintain a Register showing the names and designations of the exempted employees.

(c) Notwithstanding the exemption, the employees shall continue to receive such benefi ts under the said Act to which they might have become entitled to on the basis of the contributions paid prior to the date from which exemption granted by this Notifi cation operates.

(d) The contribution for the exempted period, if already paid shall not be refunded.

(2) The employer of the said Management shall submit in respect of the period during which that Management was subject to the operation of the said Act (herein after referred to as "the said period") returns, in such form and containing such particulars as were due from it in respect of the said period under the Employees State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950.

Constitution of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate

Court at Kundah in The Nilgiris District under the Code of

Criminal Procedure.

Ms. No. 514, Home (Cts-III), 23rd December 2020, மார்கழி 8, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.] No.II(2)/HO/16/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras, hereby establishes a Court of judicial Magistrate at Kundah in The Nilgiris District.

S.K. PRABAKAR, (3) Any Social Security Officer appointed by the Corporation under sub-section (1) of Section 45 of the said Act, or other offi cial authorised in this behalf shall, for the purpose of,-

(i) verifying the particulars contained in any return submitted under sub-section (1) of Section 44 of the said Act for the said period; or

(ii) ascertaining whether registers and records were maintained as required by the Employees State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950 for the said period; or (iii) ascertaining whether the employees continue to be entitled to the benefi ts provided by the employer in cash and in kind, being benefi ts in consideration of which exemption is being granted under this Notifi cation; or Additional Chief Secretary to Government.

மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்ற தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

[அரசாணை (டி) எண் 628, தொழிலாளர் மற்றும் வேலைவாய்ப்பு (பி1)த் துறை, 4 டிசம்பர் 2020, கார்த்திகை 19, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.] 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, திருநெல்வேலி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

No.II(2)/LE/20/2021.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம் திருநெல்வேலி லிமிடெட், நாகர்கோவில் என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழக குமரி, நெல்லை, தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்ட ஓட்டுநர்கள், நடத்துனர்கள் பாதுகாப்பு சங்கம், நாகர்கோவில் என்ற தொழிற் சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற் தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு திருநெல்வேலி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
