Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands in the schedule below are required THIRUVANMIYUR II Block 36, 37, 38, 39&41 for the purpose Construction of Grade Separator at Junction of East Coast Road and Lattice Bridge Road at Thiruvanmiyur it having already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai Metropolitan Development Plan, Division-II, Saidapet, Chennai – 15and after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (TN Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002). The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring 2324.5 Sq. Metres to the same, a little more or less required for the purpose of Construction of Bridge connecting Rajiv Gandhi Gandhi Salai and East Cost Road at Neelangarai.

The plan of the land under acquisition kept in the Offi ce of the Special District RevenueOffi cer (L.A), Metro Wing, Alandur, Chennai-16 and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

In exercise of the powers conferred Under sub section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971. (Act No.35 of 1972) The Director of Town and Country Planning, in the Proceedings Roc.No.4531/2020/TCP-5 dated:21-12-2020 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Conversion of Agriculture use in to Mixed Residential use Sevilimedu Village, S.Nos.917/1A1Apt, 917/1A1Bpt (New S.Nos.917/30, 917/31) Extent 0.47 cents Kancheepuram Corporation / Taluk / District to the approved Sevilimedu Detailed Development Plan No.5, Thanjavur Local Planning Area, approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning's proceedings Roc.No.6956/2001/DP1, dated:05-05-2005 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.28, Part-VI—Section-1, Page No.225 and 271, dated : 20-07-2005, Publication No.VI(I)/323/2005.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member-Secretary, Kancheepuram Local Planning Authority any objections and suggestions relating there to.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during offi ce hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Offi ce.

2. The Offi ce of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli, Offi cial Receiver, Tirunelveli and Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, Nanguneri, Cheranmahadevi, Sivagiri and Radhapuram will remain open throughout the vacation and holidays declared above.

3. No Plaint or petition except application for grant of copies and Batta Memos for service and execution of Process will be received by the Civil Courts during the Vacation.

4. The Offi ce of the Copyist, Process Service and Execution Department shall be kept open throughout the vacation and that no arrest warrant shall be executed during the vacation. The Offi ce of the other departments shall remain closed. Arrangements shall, however, be made.

(i) for furnishing the Copies and sending Process.

(ii) for transmitting the records to the High Court required in pending Proceedings.

(iii) for attending all administrative correspondence.

5. In view of the instructions contained in the Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular Orders and as ordered in High Court's Circular R.o.c.No.2/64-C-3, dated: 29th April, 1964 applications in urgent Criminal matters should be made to the High Court. However, urgent applications can also be made to the vacation Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli if appointed to hear urgent Criminal applications relating to Tirunelveli District.

6. Under Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act as amended by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Act, 17 of 1959 if a vacation Civil Judge is appointed for Tirunelveli District. Suits, Appeals and other proceedings of urgent nature will be received and disposed of by him in terms of the Rules that may be framed in this regard.

7. In terms of High Court's Circular P.Dis.No.573/60, dated 22nd August 1960 the Offi ce of the Estate Abolition Tribunal, Tirunelveli will function in full for the purpose of receiving papers etc., during the vacation.

2. 4. The Principal District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, District Court No. II, Kancheepuram, Additional District and Sessions Court, Chengalpattu, all the Subordinate Judges' Courts and all the District Munsifs' Courts in this District shall reopen on Tuesday, the 1st day of June, 2021 after summer vacation.

In case, a vacation civil judge is appointed by the Government for this District, urgent plaints, appeal and petitions in civil cases alone will be received and disposed of by him in exercise of the powers vested on him under Section 30 of the Central Act III of 1873 as amended by Tamil Nadu Act XVII of 1959.

13. The Copyist and Process Service Establishments will be kept open throughout the vacation but no arrest warrant will be executed during the vacation.

18. The rules relating to the Annual adjournments of courts regarding the exercise of power by the vacation Civil Judge under Section 30 of Central Act III of 1873 as amended by the Tamil Nadu Act XVII of 1959 will apply mutatis mutandis to the Summer Vacation 2021.
