Under clause (dd) of section 2 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960 (Central Act 59 of 1960), as amended by the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Tamil Nadu Amendment), Act, 2017 (Act 1 of 2017), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es that Jallikattu / Vadamadu / Manjuviratu/ Erudhuvidumvizha may be conducted from 15th to 31st January, 2021 in the places specifi ed below:-
