The Government have considered the recommendation of the High Court, Madras to depute Thiru D.Lingeshwaran, VIII Additional Judge (CBI Cases), City Civil Court, Chennai, District Judge of Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service and post him as Law Secretary, Government of Puducherry, on deputation basis, in place of the incumbent Tmt. J.Juliet Pushpa.
2. The Government accordingly direct that Thiru D.Lingeshwaran, District Judge of Tamil Nadu State Judicial Service, now functioning as VIII Additional Judge (CBI Cases), City Civil Court, Chennai, be deputed to Puducherry Judicial Service for being posted as Law Secretary, Government of Puducherry in the place of the incumbent Tmt. J.Juliet Pushpa.
