No.II(2)/HO/35/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 16 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras hereby makes the following amendment to the Home Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/HO/2728/82, published at pages 384 of Part-II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 16th June 1982.

Enock Thasan residing at No.42, Christhu Nagar, Vetturnimadam Post, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District to solemnize marriages within the territories comprising the State of Tamil Nadu in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.

(4D) No. 01, Home (Cts-VIA), 6th January 2021, மார்கழி 22 சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.] No.II(2)/HO/37/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 of the Indian Christian Marriage Act, 1872 (Central Act XV of 1872), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby grants a licence to Pastor. Enock Thasan residing at No.42, Christhu Nagar, Vetturnimadam Post, Nagercoil, Kanniyakumari District authorising him to grant certifi cates of marriage between Indian Christians, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, within the territories comprising the State of Tamil Nadu.

The following Government Order is Published:-
[G.O. Ms. No. 510, Home (Police XIX), 22nd December 2020, மார்கழி 07, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.] R(cid:3469)(cid:3465)(cid:3468): From the Additional Director General of Police, Economic Offences Wing, Chennai letter Rc.No.C1/EOW- II/3355/2017, dated 15-10-2019.
ORDER: No. 510, Home (Police XIX) 20th January 2021.
WHEREAS, complaints have been received from a number of depositors that Messrs HBN Dairies and Allied NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997(Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the immovable properties procured from the deposits collected by Messrs HBN Dairies and Allied Limited, No.303, Vardhman Chamber, Sonia Complex, Vikas Puri, New Delhi-110 018. Branch Offi ce: No.801, First Floor, Ummudiyar shopping Complex Anna Salai, Chennai-2, s t a n d i n g i n t h e n a m e o f T h i r u . M . R a n g a n a t h a n S/o. K.N.Muthusamy as specified in the Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the said immovable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Offi cer, Chennai District appointed under the said Act.
2. The Competent Authority and District Revenue Offi cer, Chennai District is requested to pursue further action in accordance with the procedure laid down in sub- sections (3) and (4) of Section 4 of the said Act and also the formalities prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Rules, 1997.
3. The Special Public Prosecutor, Special Court for the Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997 Chennai, is requested to render necessary assistance to the Competent Authority, Chennai District for fi ling the application before the Special Court constituted under the said Act.

No.II(2)/LE/39/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 87 read with Section 91A of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (Central Act XXXIV of 1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby exempts the Tamil Nadu Ex-Servicemen's Corporation, Limited (TEXCO), Chennai from the operation of the said Act for the further period of one year from 08-07-2020 to 07-07-2021.
(1) The above exemption is subject to the following
(b) enter any Management office or other premises occupied by such principal or immediate employer at any reasonable time a n d r e q u i r e a n y p e r s o n f o u n d i n charge thereof to produce to such Social Security Offi cer or other offi cial and allow him to examine such documents, books and other documents relating to the employment of persons and payment of wages or to furnish to him such information as he may consider necessary; or
conditions, namely:-
(a) The aforesaid management Wherein the employees are employed shall maintain a Register showing the names and designations of the exempted employees.
(c) examine the principal or immediate employer, his agent or servant, or any person found in such Management Office or other or premises, or any person when the said Social Security Offi cer or other offi cial has reasonable cause to believe to have been an employee; or
(b) Notwithstanding the exemption, the employees shall continue to receive such benefi ts under the said Act to which they might have become entitled to on the basis of the contributions paid prior to the date from which exemption granted by this Notifi cation operates.
(d) make copies of or take extracts from any register, account book or other document maintained in such Management offi ce or other premises.
(c) The contribution for the exempted period, if already
paid shall not be refunded.

(iii) ascertaining whether the employees continue to be entitled to the benefi ts provided by the employer in cash and in kind, being benefi ts in consideration of which exemption is being granted under this Notifi cation; or
மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

No.II(2)/LE/42/2021.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, கிரீவ்ஸ், காட்டன் லிமிடெட் இராணிப்பேட்டை என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், ஒன்றுபட்ட தொழிலாளர் கூட்டமைப்பு, சென்னை என்ற தொழிற் சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற் தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேற்சொன்ன தகராறில் கோரிக்கை எண்கள் 1,2 மற்றும் 4 ஆகிய கோரிக்கைகளை வேலூர், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
