APPOINTMENT TO COMMISSION OF INQUIRY TO INQUIRE INTO THE DEMISE OF THE LATE HON'BLE CHIEF MINISTER OF TAMIL NADU SELVI J JAYALALITHAA ON 5TH DECEMBER 2016 TO EXTENSION OF THE PERIOD OF THE COMMISSION OF INQUIRY BY SIX MONTHS FROM 25TH JANUARY 2021 TO 24TH JULY 2021 UNDER THE COMMISSION OF INQUIRY ACT.
AMENDMENT TO NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (Central Act LX of 1952), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Public (S.C.) Department Notifi cation No.ll(2)/PUSC/793(g)/2017, published at page-1 of Part ll—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 25th September 2017, as subsequently amended.

In the said Notifi cation, in paragraph 3, for the expression "forty months", the expression "forty six months" shall be substituted.
