NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

AMENDMENT TO THE TAMIL NADU ADVOCATES' CLERKS WELFARE FUND RULES, 2000 [G.O. Ms. No.44, Home (Courts-V), 1st February 2021, தை 19, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2052.] No. SRO A-2(b)/2021.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the following Notiﬁ cation will be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated 02.02.2021, sub-section (1) of section 26 of the Tamil Nadu Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 1999 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Rules, 2000:-

In the said Rules , in Form No.3, for item (g), the following item shall be substituted namely:-

"(g) I am herewith enclosing Demand Draft / Bank Challan for Rs.500/- towards admission fees and also another Demand Draft / Bank Challan for Rs.5000/- towards membership fee in full or for Rs.2500/- towards membership fee for ﬁ rst installment".
