Amendment to Notification.

[G.O. Ms. No. 2, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 13 January 2021, மார்கழி 29, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2051.] No. II(1)/HOPE/2/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Prohibition and Excise Department's Notifi cation No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II–Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended, namely:-

In the said Notifi cation, in the TABLE, in the Annexure, under the heading "UNCLASSIFIED BRANDS", and sub-heading "Thiruvalargal Cumbum Valley Winery Private Limited", after the entry "Misty Grapes Red Wine", the entries" "RED Sea Deluxe Fortifi ed Wine" and "Muscato C Valley" shall be added.
