ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

No. VI(1)/27(b-1)/2021.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road at KM (25/400 to 25/420) in Inam Kuttalam Village in Kuttalam Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 26 sq.mtr., are acquired in Inam Kuttalam Village in Kuttalam Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road at KM (25/400 to 25/420).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the Special District Revenue officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sirkali may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to form Sannanallur By pass of SH- 23 Mayiladuthurai - Tiruvarur Road from KM 27/180 to KM 27/480 at Sannanallur Village in Nannilam Taluk, Tiruvarur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet, Dry and Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 38575 sq.mtr., are acquired in Sannanallur Village in Nannilam Taluk, Tiruvarur District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose to form Sannanallur By pass SH-23 Mayiladuthurai - Tiruvarur Road from KM 27/180 to KM 27/480.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tiruvarur and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Notifi cation of the Commissioner of Land Administration, Chennai, No. CKICP/CLA/15(1)/SH-58-II/83/2020, under Section 15 (1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, published at pages 21 to 27 of Part IV - Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Extraordinary Gazette No: 530 Dated 17th December 2020 is now withdrawn and the following fresh notifi cation is issued.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-58-II, Kanchipuram – Arakkonam – Tiruttani Road from 102/450 KM to 103/100 KM at No.25. Thanigaipolur (Part-3) Village in Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kanchipuram (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 22463 sq.mts. of R.Dry lands are acquired in No.25. Thanigaipolur (Part-3) Village in Arakkonam Taluk, Ranipet District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-58-II, Kanchipuram – Arakkonam – Tiruttani Road at (KM 102/450 to KM 103/100).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), TNRSP II, Chennai-32 and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Arakkonam in Ranipet District may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
