NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-23, Mayiladuthurai - Tiruvarur Road at KM (31/850 to 32/806) in Moongilkudi (Additional) Village in Nannilam Taluk, Tiruvarur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry and Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 110 sq.mtr., are acquired in Moongilkudi (Additional) Village in Nannilam Taluk, Tiruvarur District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Widening of SH-23, Mayiladuthurai - Tiruvarur Road at KM (31/850 to 32/806).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to the formation of Manganallur By pass in SH-23 Mayiladuthurai - Thiruvarur Road from KM 7/863 to KM 9/280 at 25.Thathangudy Village in Kuttalam Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose of Strengthening and Widening of SH-64 Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road from KM 41/060 to KM 41/940 at 43.Mozhaiyur Village in Mayiladuthurai Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet, Dry and Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 10672 sq.mtr., are acquired in 43.Mozhaiyur Village in Mayiladuthurai Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose of Strengthening and Widening SH-64 Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road from KM 41/060 to KM 41/940.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sirkali and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to Widening and strengthening in SH-66 Kumbakonam-Mannargudi Road from KM 18/620 to KM 19/800 at 54. Pulavarnatham Village in Valangaiman Taluk, Tiruvarur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 230 sq.mtr., are acquired in 54. Pulavarnatham Village in Valangaiman Taluk, Tiruvarur District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project (CKICP) for State Highways purpose, to wit for Widening and strengthening in SH-66 Kumbakonam - Mannargudi Road from KM 18/620 to KM 19/800.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project (CKICP) Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Mannargudi may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.
