NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001(TN ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.
The Government of Tamil Nadu havingbeen satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road from KM 25/856 to KM 28/239 at Kshethrapalapuram Village in Kuttalam Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the fundscontrolled andmanaged by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamil Naduafter having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 2661 sq.mts. of Wet, Dry and Manai lands are acquired in Kshethrapalapuram Village in Kuttalam Taluk, Mayiladuthurai District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Projectfor State Highways purpose, to wit for Widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road from KM 25/856 to KM 28/239.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition),Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Sirkali and that may be inspected at any time during

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose of Strengthening and Widening of SH- 95 Mohanur - Namakkal - Senthamangalam - Rasipuram Road from KM 48.5 to KM 50.8 at 102.Molapalayam (Linear) Village in Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 12894 sq.mtr., are acquired in 102.Molapalayam (Linear) Village in Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose of Strengthening and Widening SH-95 Mohanur - Namakkal - Senthamangalam - Rasipuram Road from KM 48.5 to KM 50.8. The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Namakkal may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for widening of SH-66, Kumbakonam - Mannargudi Road from KM 17/460 to KM 18/620 at 38.Alangudi Village in Valangaiman Taluk, Tiruvarur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Wet lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 174 sq.mtr., are acquired in 38.Alangudi Village in Valangaiman Taluk, Tiruvarur District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-66, Kumbakonam - Mannargudi Road from KM 17/460 to KM 18/620.
