Notifications under the Indian Stamp Act.
Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby provides for the consolidation of duty of Rs. 60,000/- (Rupees Sixty thousand only) chargeable under the said Act in respect of issue of insurance policies by New India Assurance Company Limited, Chennai-6 for the period from 01-12-2020 to 31-07-2021.
Reduced the duty Chargeable to fifty percent exemption
on Stamp Duty on the value set forth in the instruments
by the SIPCOT Joint Venture Company in respect of
instruments of sale and lease under the Indian Stamp
Act.

No.II(2)/CTR/98/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Notifi cation No. II(2)/CTR/718/2020 published in page 704 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 45, dated 04-11-2020.

No.II(2)/CTR/95/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby reduces the duty chargeable under the said Act to fi fty percent in respect of instruments of sale, lease or lease-cum-sale to be executed by Joint Venture Companies promoted by State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu in respect of industrial plots situated in the Joint Venture State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Industrial parks formed by the Joint Venture Companies promoted by State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu with Private land Owners, on the value set forth in such instruments.
2. This notifi cation shall be deemed to have come into
force on the 13th March 2020.
For the expression "31st December 2020" appearing in the said notifi cation, the expression "March 2021" shall be substituted.

No.II(2)/LE/105/2021.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம் (விழுப்புரம்) லிமிடெட், கடலூர் என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கு எதிராக தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழக ஊழியர்கள் சங்கம் (CITU) (கடலூர்) என்ற தொழிற் சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற் தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை நீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது
அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை கடலூர், தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
2. பார்வை 3&ல் படிக்கப்பட்ட அரசாணையில் மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட அண்ணா பதக்கத்திற்கான விருதுத் தொகையை 2012&ம் ஆண்டு முதல் ரூ.25,000/&லிருந்து ரூ.1,00,000/& ஆக உயர்த்தி வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. பார்வை 5&ல் படிக்கபபட்ட அரசாணையில் அண்ணா பதக்கம் செய்வதற்கான செலவுத் தொசை 2020&ம் ஆண்டு முதல் ரூ.5,000/&லிருந்து ரூ.9,000/& ஆக உயர்த்தி வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது. அதன்படி வீரதீரச் செயல்புரிந்த பொதுமக்களில் மூவருக்கும், அரசு ஊழியர்களில் மூவருக்கும் ரூ.1,00,000/&க்கான காசோலையும் ரூ.9,000/& மதிப்புடைய தங்கமுலாம் பூசிய வெள்ளிப்பதக்கமும் மற்றும் சான்றிதழும், மாண்புமிகு தமிழக முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களால் குடியரசு தினத்தன்று வழங்கி கெளரவிக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
