Notice under sub - section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002) and Tamil Nadu Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019) The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below here to be required for the public purpose, for Construction of Realignment of "S" Curve at Vaiyampatti - Karur Road (via) Mylampatti, Uppidamangalam road SH-199 - through Highways Department, 20 Jagathabi Village Karur Taluk, and District through Highways Department, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(Project), Highways (Construction and Maintenance), Karur and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the CLA (FAC) hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 11707 sq.mtrs. of Dry lands. To the same, a little more or less is needed for the purpose for Construction of Realignment of "S" Curve at Vaiyampatti - Karur Road (via) Mylampatti, Uppidamangalam road SH-199 - through Highways Department, through comprised in S.No. 684/3. and etc., at Jagadabi Village Karur Taluk and District. The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special Tahsildhar (LA) purpose for Construction of Realignment of "S" Curve at Vaiyampatti - Karur Road (via) Mylampatti, Uppidamangalam road SH-199 -through Highways Department, Project at Taluk Offi ce, Karur District may be Inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the approved Master Plan of the Salem Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.Ms.No.105, HG&UD Dept., Dated 22-03-2005 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.14, Part-II, Section - 2, Page No.168, dated:13-04-2005.

in the said Master Plan, in "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Balbakki Village under the heading Primary Residential(P.R.-36) and Proposed Road Use Zone and Industrial Use Zone the following entries should be made.

2. Against the entry of Industrial Use Zone S.F.No. 54/1A2A1A & 54/1A2A1B shall be added.

3. Against the entry of Primary Residential(P.R.-36) and Proposed Road Use Zone and Proposed Road S.F.No. 54/1A2A1A & 54/1A2A1B shall be deleted.

JUDICIAL NOTIFICATIONS

Holidays for all the Criminal Courts in Thiruvarur District for the year 2021.

In Consonance with the instruction issued by The Hon'ble High Court, Madras in its Offi cial Memorandum in R.O.C. No. 66806-A/2020/C3, Dated : 27-11-2020 it is hereby notifi ed that the Criminal Court only of Thiruvarur District the following days are declared as holidays for Criminal Courts of Thiruvarur District during the Year 2021.

The Holidays for all the Subordinate Courts in the State of Tamil Nadu, for the year, 2021 are as follows:

(a) All Sundays are Holidays for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu.

(b) The following 10 Saturdays are working days for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu.

23-01-2021, 06-03-2021, 17-04-2021, 05-06-2021, 03-07-2021, 07-08-2021,

04-09-2021, 23-10-2021, 20-11-2021 and 04-12-2021.

(c) Except the above Saturdays, all other Saturdays are holidays for all the Subordinate Courts, except Family Courts.

(d) All the Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu shall work on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month except those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays. All other Saturdays are declared as holidays, except 23-01-2021 and 23-10-2021 which are declared as working days.

(e) List of Public Holidays and Court Holidays are as follows:-

Note: As Uzhavar Thirunal (16-01-2021). Mahaveer Jayanthi (25-04-2021), May Day (01-05-2021) Independence Day (15-08-2021), Gandhi Jayanthi (02-10-2021) and Christmas (25-12-2021) fall on Saturdays / Sundays, these days are not shown in the above list.
