Notice Under Section 15 (1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) Read With Tamil Nadu Act 38 of 2019 The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under for Highways purpose to wit for the formation of Bye-pass Road to Jalagandapuram Town in Thoramangalam Village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Projects, Salem, Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent 8.47.41 hectares, of lands in Thoramangalam village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, for Highways purpose, to wit, for the formation of Bye-pass road to Jalagandapuram town.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition Offi cer), Salem may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours

Notice Under Section 15 (1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) Read With Tamil Nadu Act 38 of 2019 The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under for Highways purpose to wit for the formation of Bye-pass road to Jalagandapuram town in Soorapalli village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Projects, Salem, Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent 7.29.81 hectares, of lands in Soorapalli village, Mettur Taluk, Salem District, for Highways purpose, to wit, for the formation of Bye-pass road to Jalagandapuram town.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition Offi cer), Salem may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under for Highways purpose to wit for the formation of Bye-pass road to Jalagandapuram town in Iruppali Village, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Projects, Salem, Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under Sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under Sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the Dry lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent 3.53.82 hectares, of lands in Iruppali village, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District, for Highways purpose, to wit, for the formation of Bye-pass road to Jalagandapuram town.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan of the Erode Local Planning Area.

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 30 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the approved Master Plan of the Erode Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O. Ms. No. 32, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated 7th February 2011 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 7, Part-II—Section-2 Page No. 98, dated 23rd February 2011.

1. In the said Master Plan in "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Pudur Village under the heading Agricultural Use Zone and Residential Use Zone the following entries should be made.
2. Against the entry of Mixed Residential use Zone (MR13) S.F.No. 481/1A shall be added before S.F. No. 484pt 3. Against the entry of Agricultural Use Zone (AG 20) S.F. No. 475 to 480, 481pt (except 481/1A), 482 shall be substituted instead of S.F.No.475 to 482.
