INCLUSION OF THE NAME OF JEPPIAAR UNIVERSITY IN THE SCHEDULE TO THE TAMIL NADU PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES ACT, 2019 (TAMIL NADU ACT NO. 14 OF 2019)

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 14 of 2019), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Schedule of the Act :-

In the said Act, in THE SCHEDULE, in tabular columns (1) (2) (3) and (4), the following entries shall respectively be added at the end, namely :-
