In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 1 of the Dr. J Jayalalithaa University Act, 2021 (Tamil Nadu Act 5 of 2021), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 26th day of February, 2021 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
