IV. The Board of Management of the society in its meeting held on 30-12-2019 vide Resolution No.1 has resolved to request the Government through Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Housing) to accord necessary permission to implement the scheme with stamp duty exemption.

4. The Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Housing) has further informed that as per G.O.Ms.No.2179, Agriculture (Co-operation) Department, dated 29-06-1966, the Co-operative Societies are exempted from payment of Stamp Duty.

5. The Registrar of Co-operative Societies(Housing), has therefore, requested the Government to accord permission to process and implement the house site scheme at Nedunkundram Village, Chengalpet Taluk, Kancheepuram District on Consignment basis at an d. The society shall advertise in the leading dailies approved by the Director of information and Public Information for assessing the demand of the scheme.

e. The Society should complete booking/ Purchasing the plots from the landowner within 15 months. However this scheme should be completed within 18 months in total. If the scheme could not be completed within the stipulated time and if required necessary proposal should be submitted well in advance ,seeking permission from the Government for the continuance of the scheme. Unsold plots in this scheme should be returned to the land owner.

f. Up to date Encumbrance Certifi cate should be obtained and ascertained that there is no pending encumbrance.

g. This scheme shall be executed only with the advance/payments received from the members. Society funds should not be utilized, under any circumstances.

(1) The above exemption is subject to the following conditions, namely:-

(a) The aforesaid management wherein the employees are employed shall maintain a Register showing the names and designations of the exempted employees.

(a) require the principal or immediate employer to furnish to him such information as he may consider necessary; or

(b) enter any management, offi ce or other premises occupied by such principal or immediate employer at any reasonable time and require any person found in charge thereof to produce to such Social Security Offi cer or other offi cial and allow him to examine such documents, books and other documents relating to the employment of persons and payment of wages or to furnish to him such information as he may consider necessary; or

(c) examine the principal or immediate employer, his agent or servant, or any person found in such management offi ce or other premises, or any person when the said Social Security Offi cer or other offi cial has reasonable cause to believe to have been an employee; or (d) make copies of or take extracts from any register, account book or other document maintained in such management offi ce or other premises.

பின்வரும் விவர அட்டவணையில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள வரலாற்றுச் சின்னங்களை 1966-ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு பழங்கால வரலாற்றுச் சின்னங்கள், தொல்லியல் சிறப்பிடங்கள் மற்றும் எஞ்சிய சின்னங்கள் சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 25/1966) கீழ் பாதுகாத்தல் அவசியமென அரசு கருதுகிறது.

ஆகவே, தற்போது மேற்கூறிய சட்டத்தின் 3&ஆம் பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்த (1) ஆம் உட்பிரிவில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களின்படி, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்கூறிய பழங்கால சின்னத்தினை பாதுகாக்கப்பட்ட நினைவுச் சின்னமாக அறிவிக்க தாம் கருதுவதாக குறிப்பிட்டு, இதற்கு இரண்டு மாத கால அவகாசம் அளிக்கிறார்;

No.II(2)/TCRE/187/2021.—WHEREAS, the Government of Tamil Nadu are of opinion that the ancient monument specifi ed in the Schedule below requires protection under the Tamil Nadu Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1966 (Tamil Nadu Act 25 of 1966);

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby gives two months notice of the intention to declare the said ancient monument to be a protected monument;

இந்த அறிவிக்கை, தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் நாள் முதல் அல்லது அதன் பிறகு 2 மாத காலம் முடிவடைந்த பின்னர் மேற்கூறிய கருத்துரு பரிசீலனைக்கு எடுத்துக் கொள்ளப்படும் என்று இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கை வழங்கப்படுகிறது. மேற்கூறிய நினைவுச் சின்னத்தில் பற்றுள்ள எவரிடமிருந்தும் 2 மாத காலம் முடிவடைவதற்கு முன்னர் வரப்பெறும் மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது ஆலோசனைகள் எதனையும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு கருதிப்பார்க்கும். மறுப்புரைகள் அல்லது ஆலோசனைகள் எவையேனும் இருப்பின் அவற்றை அரசு கூடுதல் தலைமைச் செயலாளர், சுற்றுலா, பண்பாடு மற்றும் அறநிலையங்கள் துறை, புனித செயின்ட் ஜார்ஜ் கோட்டை, தலைமைச் செயலகம், சென்னை&600 009 என்ற முகவரிக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
