Notice is hereby given that the Sessions and Civil Courts in Combined Vellore District (Vellore, Ranipet and Tirupattur) will be closed for the Vacation and Holidays for 2021 as follows:

(CIVIL COURTS)

The Principal District and Sessions Court, Vellore District, Vellore, the Additional District and Sessions Court, Vellore, Ranipet, Tirupattur and the Subordinate Judges Court, Vellore, Ranipet, Arakkonam, Gudiyatham, Vaniyambadi, Tirupattur.

The Court of the District Munsif's of Vellore, Sholinghur, Arakkonam, Gudiyatham, Katpadi, Ambur, Vaniyambadi, Tirupattur and the Court of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Walajah, Ranipet, Arcot and Ambur on the Civil Side only.

SUMMER VACATION

Saturday, the 1st day of May, 2021 to Monday, the 31st day of May, 2021.

2. THE HOLIDAYS FOR ALL THE SUBORDINATE COURTS IN THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU (a) All Sundays are holidays for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu.

(b) The following 10 Saturdays are working days for all the Subordinate Courts including Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu.

23-01-2021, 06-03-2021, 17-04-2021, 05-06-2021,

03-07-2021, 07-08-2021, 04-09-2021, 23-10-2021,

20-11-2021 and 04-12-2021.

(c) Except the above Saturdays, all other Saturdays are holidays for all the Subordinate Courts, except Family Courts.

(d) All the Family Courts functioning in the State of Tamil Nadu shall work on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month except those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays. All other Saturdays are declared as holidays, except 23-01-2021 and 23-10-2021 which are declared as working days.

Note:- As Uzhavar Thirunal (16-01-2021), Mahaveer Jayanthi (25-04-2021), May Day (01-05-2021), Independence Day (15-08-2021), Gandhi Jayanthi (02-10-2021) and Christmas (25-12-2021) fall on Saturdays / Sundays, these days are not shown in the above list.

No plaints or petitions except applications for grant of copies and for service and execution of processes will be received by the Courts during the vacation.

The Offi ce of the Copyist, Process Service and Execution Department will be kept open throughout the vacation but no arrest warrants will be issued during the vaction will be executed.

The Offi ce of other departments will remain closed. Arrangement will however be made.

i. for transmitting records in appeals ete., to the High Court.

ii. for all administrative correspondence; and

iii. for furnishing the Copyist and Process Service Department with necessary records and original orders.

Urgent applications for bail during the Sessions Judge from the Division during the Recess should be made to the High Court of Judicature, Madras.

Appeals of urgent nature that lie to the District Court, shall during the adjournment, be presented to the High Court of Judicature, Madras.

In case of vacation Civil Judge is appointed by the Government for the Combined Vellore District (Vellore, Ranipet and Tirupattur) under Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act (Central Act III of 1873) as amended by Section 4 of the Madras Act No.XVII of 1959 suits and appeals and other proceedings will be received and disposed of by him in terms of Section 30 and the Rules framed in this behalf.

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA (COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the Sub heading (B) Non Notifi ed Detailed Development Plan Area in Irugur Town Panchayat,

(i) Against the entry "Agricultural Dry AG50" for the expression 666 to 682 shall be deleted the expression "666, 667 (Except 666/1,2B), 668 (Except 1B) 669 to 673, 674 (Except 674/1, 674/2), 675 to 682 shall be substituted after 716 to 723.

(ii) Against the entry "Residential MR 25" for the expression 666/1,2B, 668/1B, 674/1, 674/2 shall be after 703.
