Amendment to Notification

[G.O. Ms. No. 11, Home, Prohibition and Excise (III), 26th February 2021, மாசி 14, சார்வரி, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு - 2052.] No. II(1)/HOPE/5/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Prohibition and Excise Department's Notifi cation No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II—Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequenty amended, namely:-

In the said Notifi cation, in the TABLE, in the Annexure,

Under the heading "PREMIUM BRANDS", under the sub-heading "Thiruvalargal SNJ Distillers Private Limited", after the entry "William Lawson's Blended Scotch Whisky Deluxe", the entry "The Dutchman Exclusive Premium Brandy", shall be added.
