No. II(2)/HFW/232/2021.—Under sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Registration of Births and Deaths Act, 1969 (Central Act 18 of 1969), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Multipurpose Health Supervisors (Male) of the Government Hospital for Thoracic Medicine, Tambaram as Registrar for the area under the control of the Government Hospital for Thoracic Medicine, Tambaram.

No. II(2)/HOU/233/2021.—1) In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers conferred by the G.O. (Ms) No. 94, Housing and Urban Development (UD4-1) Department, dated 12th June 2009, which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15th July 2009.
2) Land Use Zone conversion from Agriculture use (AG-52) zone into Mixed Residential use zone ordered in G.O.2D.No. 66, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(L.Re) Department, dated 26th February 2021. The following variation are made to the Master Plan of Approved Salem Local Planning Authority under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.105, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1) dated 22nd March 2005. Notifi cation No. 14 at page No. 157-158 of Part II—Section-2, Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 13th April 2005.

In the Approved Salem Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Salem Local Planning Area under heading in village Pagalpatti, Page 157-158 in S.No/R.S.No. 28/1A the following entries should be made.
2. Under the heading Mixed Residential Use Zone the following shall be before the S.No/R.S.No.28/1A.
3. Under the heading Agricultural Use Zone (AG-52) the following S.No/28/1A (Except: 28 pt) shall be deleted.

தொடர வேண்டும். மேலும் 2-வது மற்றும் ஜெனரல் ஷிப்டில் பணிபுரியும் தொழிலாளர்கள் இடவசதி இல்லாமல் ஒரே Cab-ஐ அனுப்பி வருவதை மாற்றி 2 Cab-ஐ அமைத்து தர வேண்டும்
என்று கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறில் கோரிக்கை எண்கள் 3 மற்றும் 5 (பகுதி) ஆகியவற்றை சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்விற்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

உற்பத்தி பிரிவில் DMG 5 AXIS என்ற இயந்திரத்தை ஷிப்ட் ஒன்றிற்கு 4 என்று இயக்கி இதுவரை FRESH JOB பணியை 1947 ஆம்-ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(C) பிரிவிலும் 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்விற்க்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
மட்டுமே செய்து வந்ததை நிர்வாகம் தன்னிச்சையாக வேலை பளுவை அதிகரிக்கும் வகையில் REWORK பணி செய்யுமாறு மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
நிர்பந்தம் செய்து வருவதை உடனே கைவிடவும் மனுதாரர் தொழிற்சங்கத்தை வைத்து முறையாக WORK STANDARD மற்றும் PRODUCTION NORMS நிர்ணயம் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும்
கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் இணைப்பு
எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
