Under Section 11(1) and (2) of the Anna University Act, 1978 (Act 30 of 1978) as amended in Tamil Nadu University Laws (Amendment & Repeal) Act, 2011 and Tamil Nadu Univeristy Laws (Amendment) Act, 2017, the Government constitute a Search Committee consisting of the following persons to recommend a panel of three names to the Hon'ble Governor-Chancellor for appointment of Vice-Chancellor, Anna Univeristy, Chennai:-

2. The above Committee is requested to recommend a panel of three names alongwith their Bio-data to the Hon'ble Governor-Chancellor of Anna University, Chennai for appointment of Vice-Chancellor to Anna University, Chennai.
