The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands in the schedule below are required for the purpose For widening and strengthening of Thiruvanmiyur to Akkarai it having already been decided that the entire amount ofMar. 31, 2021] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 139 Compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Chennai Metropolitan Development Plan, Division-I, Guindy, Chennai – 32 and after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (TN Act 34/2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002). The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring 1538 Sq. Metres to the same, a little more or less required For widening and strengthening of Thiruvanmiyur to Akkarai.
The plan of the land under acquisition kept in the Offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (L.A),Highways Metro Wing, Alandur, Chennai-16 and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section(1) Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Act No. 35 of 1972). The Commissioner of Town and Country Planning, Chennai in the Proceedings Roc No. 18175/2016/TCP3 dated:15.03.2021, proposes to make the following variation to the Tiruppur Local Planning Authority - Detailed Development Plan No.22, Approved in Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai Proceedings Roc. No.10412/1988 DP, dated: 06.04.1990 & Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette. Part VI—Section 1, Page - 633, dated:01.08.1990.
2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within sixty days from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary, Tiruppur Local Planning Authority any objection and suggestion relating thereto.
3. The Variation with plan may be inspected at free of cost at any time during offi ce hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Offi ce.

1. The entire Tiruppur Detailed Development Plan No.22 of Tiruppur Local Planning Authority is comprehensively varied by Director of Town and Country planning, Chennai vide Proceedings Roc No.18175/2016/TCP3 dated: 15.03.2021 2. The Plan thus varied is numbered as Map No.5 DDP(V)/DTCP No.7/2021.
3. The Detailed Development Plan clause & Schedules annexed with this plan are made enforceable from the date of publication of the confi rmed variation notifi cation to be issued under Section 33(2) of the act and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that in Sivagangai District, the District Munsif Court, Karaikudi, shall have local jurisdiction over the entire Karaikudi Taluk in Sivagangai District with effect from the date of constitution of a separate District Munsif Court at Karaikudi by converting the existing Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 28 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873) the High Court, Madras, hereby directs that the District Munsif, Karaikudi, shall have and exercise jurisdiction of a Court of Small Causes under the provincial Small Causes Court Act, 1887 for the trial of suits cognizable by a Court of Small Causes upto the pecuniary limits of Rs.5000/- (Rupees fi ve thousand only) with effect from the date of constitution of a separate District Munsif Court at Karaikudi by converting the existing Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi.

Whereas the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O.(Ms.) No.601, Home (Cts.llI) Department, dated 08.11.2019 have issued orders for constitution of a separate District Munsif Court at Karaikudi by converting the existing Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi and in G.O.(Ms.) No.165, Home (Cts.II) Department, dated 17.03.2020 have issued orders for constitution of separate Judicial Magistrate Court at Karaikudi by converting the existing Additional District Munsif Court at Karaikudi.
Hence, it is hereby informed that on and from the date on which the District Munsif Court and Judicial Magistrate Court at Karaikudi are constituted, the existing Principal District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi are re-designated as District Munsif Court, Karaikudi and the existing Additional District Munsif Court, Karaikudi as Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi.
