Amendment to the Terms and Conditions for determination of Tariff Regulations, 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 61 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Central Act 36 of 2003) read with sub-section (2)(zd) of Section 181 of the said Act and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2005, the draft of the same having been previously published as required under sub-section (3) of said Section 181 of the Electricity Act.
They shall come into force on the date of publication in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

In the said Regulations,-
In regulation 5, after sub regulation (1) the following shall be added, namely:-
"(1A). The State Load Despatch Centre shall fi le the Aggregate Revenue Requirement (ARR) along with petition for determination of SLDC charges on or before 30th November of each year."

The State Load Despatch Centre is maintaining a separate account and fi led a separate petition for determination of Aggregate Revenue Requirement and Tariff Petition. As it is a separate entity, it has become necessary to specify a date within which petition for Aggregate Revenue Requirement and for fi xing SLDC charges are to be fi led as in the case of TANGEDCO and TANTRANSCO.
The amendment seeks to give effect the above decision.

2005&ஆம் ஆண்டு மின் கட்டண வீதத்தை நிர்ணயிப்பதற்கான ஒழுங்குமுறை விதிகளில்
விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகளுக்கான திருத்தம்

2003-ஆம் ஆண்டு மின்சாரச் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் 36/2003) 61 ஆம் பிரிவுடன் சேர்த்து படிக்கப்படும் உட்பிரிவு (2) (zd) பிரிவு 181 இன்படி வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களையும் மற்றும் இதன் பொருட்டு அதனை இயல்விக்கும் அனைத்து பிற அதிகாரங்களையும் செலுத்தி "2005 ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு மின்சார ஒழுங்குமுறை ஆணையத்தால் வெளியிடப்பட்ட மின் கட்டண வீதத்தினை நிர்ணயிப்பதற்கான (விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகள்) ஒழுங்குமுறை விதி" களுக்கு பின்வரும் திருத்தங்களை மேற்கொள்ள உத்தேசித்தது. இத்திருத்தங்களின் வரைவானது மின்சார சட்டம் பிரிவு 181 உட்பிரிவு (3) இல் வேண்டுறுத்தப்பட்டவாறு முன்னதாக வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இத்திருத்தங்கள் தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்பட்ட தேதி முதல் நடைமுறைக்கு வரும்.
திருத்தம்
மேற் சொன்ன ஒழுங்குமுறை விதிகளில் விதி எண்.5 உள் விதி (1) க்கு பின் கீழ்க்கண்ட விதி சேர்க்கப்படுகிறது.
(1 அ) மாநில மின் சுமை பகுப்பு மையத்தின் மொத்த வருவாய் தேவையை தங்களது கட்டணங்களை நிர்ணயம் செய்யும் மனுவோடு ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் நவம்பர் மாதம் 30 ஆம் தேதி அன்றோ அல்லது அதற்கு முன்பாகவோ தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும்.

தமிழ்நாடு மின் உற்பத்தி மற்றும் பகிர்மான கழகம் மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு மின் தொடரமைப்பு கழக நிறுவனம் தனது மொத்த வருவாய் தேவையை ஆணையத்தில் மனுவாக தாக்கல் செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற விதி முறை உள்ளது. அதே போல், மாநில மின் சுமை பகுப்பு மையம் தங்களுடைய கணக்குகளை தனியாக பராமரித்து வருவதாலும் இது தனிப்பட்ட நிறுவனமாக கருதப்படுவதாலும் இவர்களுடைய மொத்த வருவாய் தேவை மற்றும் கட்டண நிர்ணயம் செய்ய குறிப்பிட்ட காலக் கெடுவுக்குள் ஆணையத்தில் மனுவாக தாக்கல் செய்யும் புதிய விதியை உருவாக்கும் வகையில் கொண்டு வரப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த திருத்தம் மேற்கண்ட முடிவிற்கு செயல்விளைவு கொடுக்க விழைகிறது.

LOSS OF CERTIFICATES
It is hereby notifi ed that the Original Higher Secondary Certifi cates / Matriculation Certifi cates / Diploma Certifi cates / School Certifi cates of the following pupils are reported to have been lost beyond recovery. Necessary steps are being taken to issue the duplicate of the said Certifi cates. If the Originals were to be found by anybody, they should be treated as invalid and sent to the Secretary, Board of Higher Secondary Examination / Directorate of Government Examinations, Chennai-6 / Director of Technical Education, Chennai-25 / Inspector / Inspectress of Matriculation and Anglo-Indian Schools as the case may be for cancellation:–
