NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002), READ WITH TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS. (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to the Widening of SH-23, Mayiladuthurai - Tiruvarur Road from KM 21/791 to KM 27/799 at Panangudi Village in Nannilam Taluk, Tiruvarur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 58 sq.mtr., are acquired in Panangudi Village in Nannilam Taluk, Tiruvarur District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for Widening in SH-23, Mayiladuthurai - Tiruvarur Road from KM 21/791 to KM 27/799.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the Oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue Oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and Oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tiruvarur may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for Widening of SH-40, Tiruchendur - Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road from KM 0/750 to KM 54/000 and KM 64/200 to 84/900 at Pirancheri Village in Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Tirunelveli(CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Dry and Wet lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 2522 sq.mtr., are acquired in Pirancheri Village in Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-40, Tiruchendur - Ambasamudram via Palayamkottai Road from (KM 0/750 to KM 54/000 and KM 64/200 to KM 84/900).

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tirunelveli may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisﬁ ed that the lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose to wit for widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road from KM 15/250 to KM 17/790 at Narasinganpettai Village in Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Kumbakonam (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notiﬁ ed that the Dry, Wet and Manai lands speciﬁ ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1530 sq.mtr., are acquired in Narasinganpettai Village in Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose, to wit for widening of SH-64, Kumbakonam - Sirkali Road from KM 15/250 to KM 17/790.

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the oﬃ ce of the Special District Revenue oﬃ cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam and oﬃ ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Kumbakonam may be inspected at any time during the oﬃ ce hours.
