நொடிப்பு நிலை சட்ட பிரிவுகள் 7, 10 மற்றும் 13&ன் கீழ் கொடுக்கப்படும் அறிவிப்பு யாதெனில் மேற்படி மனுதாரர் தன்னை நொடிப்பு அடைந்தவர் என்று விளம்புகை செய்யக்கோரி இந்நீதிமன்றத்தில் மனு தாக்கல் செய்து அது இந்நீதிமன்ற நொடிப்பு நிலை மனு எண். 3/2019 ஆக கோப்பிற்கு எடுக்கப்பட்டு நிலுவையில் உள்ளது. மேற்படி மனுவானது வருகின்ற 8-6-2021-ம் தேதி வாய்தா போடப்பட்டுள்ளது என்பதை இதன் முலம் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
