"Whereas the sixteenth Legislative assembly of the state of tamil Nadu has been duly constituted in accordance with the Constitution of India and has to be summoned to meet for its first session under the provisions of the Constitution.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Clause (1) of Article 174 of the Constitution of India, i, BaNWariLaL PurOhit, Governor of tamil Nadu, hereby summon the Legislative assembly of the state of tamil Nadu to meet for its First session at 10.00 A.m. on Tuesday, the 11th May, 2021 in the Multi-purpose Hall, 3rd Floor, Kalaivanar arangam, Omandurar Government estate, Wallajah salai, chennai-600 002.
