ACQUISITION OF LANDS
[G.O. Ms. No. 166, Industries (SIPCOT-LA), 23rd June 2021, ஆனி 9, பிலவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2052.] No. II(2)/IND/339(a)/2021.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purposes to wit for the formation of SIPCOT Panapakkam Industrial Park Scheme and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by SIPCOT the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring 10.83.5 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of SIPCOT Panapakkam Industrial Park Scheme. The plans of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Panapakkam Scheme, Arakkonam Taluk and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
