Under Section 137(2)(b) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983, N.N. 621 Singampunari Co-operative Housing Society was liquidated vide the order of the Deputy Registrar (Housing), Virudhunagar R.C. 1151/2017/ SF(1) Dated. 20-04-2021. The Co-operative Sub Registrar / Superintendent oﬃ ce of the Deuputy Registrar (Housing), Virudhunagar was appointed as oﬃ cial Liquidator for the above Society vide the orders of the Deputy Registrar (Housing), Virudhunagar in R.C. 1151/2017/SF(2) Dated 20-04-2021.

In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and Government Order in G.O.Ms. No.94, Housing and Urban Development UD4 (1) Department, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part—II Section 2, Page No.228 dated 15-07-2009, the following variations are made to the Master Plan for Madurai Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department No.II (2)/HOU/645/95 at Page Nos.190 and 191 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 02-02-1995.

In the Approved Madurai Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Madurai Local Planning Area, Madurai District, Madurai North Taluk, in Village No.204, Andarkottam Panchayat, Sigankulam Village, Page 239, in S.No 10/1, 10/3, 11/4 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading I. Residential use zone under sub-heading b.Mixed Residential use zone the following S.No 10/1, 10/3, 11/4 shall be added.

Under the heading to VI Agriculture use zone the following S.No 10/1, 10/3, 11/4 shall be deleted.
