Revision of minimum rates of wages for employment in
Distillery Industry under the Minimum Wages Act.

(2D) No. 28, Labour Welfare and Skill Development (J1), 18th June 2021, ஆனி 4, பிலவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2052.] Board Act, 1961 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of 1961), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that the area in respect of the area development scheme for residential plots specifi ed in the Table below is in force, the powers and functions exercisable by the President, Uchapatti Panchayat, Madurai District under the Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994 (Tamil Nadu Act 21 of 1994), in respect of receiving plans, sanctioning plans, regulating the construction of buildings, laying of roads, laying of underground drainage, water mains, electricity connections and providing all amenities to the owners of buildings and all the powers connected therewith shall be exercised by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board for the period during which the said scheme remains in force:-

1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்சொன்ன தகராறை எழுவினாக்களுடன் சேலம் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சேலம் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
