(Ms.) No. 89, Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare (AM2), 24th June 2021, ஆனி 10, பிலவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2052.] No.II(2)/AGFW/408/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby confirms the declaration of exclusion of Kallakurichi, Chinnasalem, Thiyagathurgam, Ulundurpet, Tirunavalur, Sankarapuram, Mungilthuraipattu, Manalurpet regulated market area and Vadakkanandal sub-regulated Market area from the notified area of Villupuram Market Committee. The intention to make such a declaration have been previously published as required by Section 3 of the said Act.

No.II(2)/AGFW/411/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby establishes a market committee for the notified area of Kallakurichi district comprising the Kallakurichi, Chinnaselam, Thiyagathurgam, Ulundurpet, Tirunavalur, Sankarapuram, Mungilthuraipattu, Manalurpet regulated markets and Vadakkanandal sub-regulated Market with effect on and from the 24.06.2021 and the said Market Committee shall be known as the Kallakurichi Market Committee.

(Ms.) No. 89, Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare (AM2), 24th June 2021, ஆனி 10, பிலவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2052.] No.II(2)/AGFW/409/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act 1987, (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares the Kallakurichi district to be notified area for the purpose of the said Act in respect of Paddy, Groundnut (Pods and Kernals) whole or split, Gingelly or Sesamum Seeds or Ellu, Cotton (Kapas, Lint, waste), Blackgram (Ulundu) in all forms, Greengram (Pachaippayaru) in all forms, Cashewnuts in all forms, Sugarcane Jaggery in all forms (Jaggery Powder, brown sugar, etc.), Coriander (Dhania Seeds), Turmeric in all forms (bulb and finger), Cowpea (Karamani) in all forms, Varagu, Neem Seeds and Cotton Seeds. The intention to make such a declaration have been the previously published as required by section 3 of the said Act.

(Ms.) No. 89, Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare (AM2), 24th June 2021, ஆனி 10, பிலவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2052.] No.II(2)/AGFW/410/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby establishes a market committee for the notified area of Villupuram district comprising the Villupuram, Vikiravandi, Tindivanam, Marakkanam, Gingee, Valathi, Avalurpettai, Anantapuram, Arakandanallur, Thiruvennainallur and Melchittamur regulated markets with effect on and from the 24.06.2021 and the said market committee shall be known as the Villupuram Market Committee.

(Ms.) No. 100, Commercial Taxes and Registration (J1), 2nd July 2021, ஆனி 18, பிலவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2052.] No.II(2)/HO/417/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the second paragraph of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the High Court, Madras hereby fixes the number of District Munsifs to be appointed for the District Munsif's Court at Jayamkondam in Ariyalur District as TWO with effect from the date on which the Additional District Munsif assumes charge of that Court.

No.II(2)/CTR/414/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (Central Act II of 1899), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby reduces the duty chargeable under the said Act in respect of the instrument of sale in Document No. P43 of 2020 of the Sub-Registrar Office, Tiruvottiyur, Chennai executed by the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited in favour of M/s. Kamarajar Port Trust to the extent of duty chargeable on the value setforth in the said instrument.
2. The Notification hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on and from the 24th March 2020.

No.II(2)/LWSD/443/2021.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம், திருநெல்வேலி என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கு எதிராக தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் போக்குவரத்துக் கழக தொழிலாளர் முன்னேற்ற சங்கம், திருநெல்வேலி என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற் தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறை திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;
1947ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, இணைப்பில் காணும் எழுவினாவுடன் திருநெல்வேலி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.
மேலும், 1947ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு திருநெல்வேலி, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தைக் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

No.II(2)/LWSD/444/2021.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, சென்னை, தமிழ்நாடு மின்சார வாரியம் அனல் மின் நிலையம் என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், தமிழ்நாடு மின்சார வாரிய கணக்கு மற்றும் நிர்வாக ஊழியர் யூனியனின் உதவி வட்ட செயலாளருக்குமிடையே தொழிற் தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;
மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற் தகராறை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

மேலும், 1947ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தைக் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

திரு. R. சாமுவேல் பாலசுந்தர் (பணி எண்.8770 ஓட்டுனருக்கு அவரது வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வினை அதன் திரண்ட பயனுடன் நான்கு வருடங்களுக்கு நிறுத்தி வைத்தும், தற்காலிக வேலைநீக்கத்தில் இருந்த காலத்தை தகுதி வாய்ந்த விடுப்பு நாட்களாக வரைமுறைப்படுத்தியும் நிர்வாகம் வழங்கிய 30&05&2018 நாளிட்ட உத்தரவை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் எனவும், ஊதிய உயர்வு நிறுத்திவைக்கப்பட்ட நாளில் இருந்து பின்பாக்கி சம்பளத்துடன் வழங்க வேண்டும் எனவும் கோரியுள்ள தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
எண்ணூர் வட சென்னை அனல் மின்நிலையம் II ETPS பிரிவில் பணிபுரியும், திரு. ரா. கந்தசாமி என்பவரின் பணிப்பதிவேட்டில் தவறாகப் பதியப்பட்ட பிறந்த தேதியான 01&07&1963 என்பதனை 01&07&1977 என மாற்றிப் பணிப்பதிவேட்டில் பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும் என்று கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆமெனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
