In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 16 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956 (Central Act 37 of 1956) and in supersession of the orders issued in the Government Orders read above, the Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby nominates the Members in addition to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu and Second Adviser in addition to the Chief Secretary to the Government to the Southern Zonal Council as follows:-

Notification for per–child–expenditure incurred on education by the State for the year 2020–2021 – under the

Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act.

[G.O. Ms. No. 104, School Education (MS) 9th July 2021, ஆனி 25, பிலவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2052.] No. II(1)/SE/19/2021.

Under sub-section 2 of Section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Central Act 35 of 2009), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby specifies the per–child–expenditure incurred on education by the State of Tamil Nadu for the year 2020-2021 for classes from LKG to VIII as stated below for the purpose of reimbursement to private schools:-
