The following Amendment is given for the notification of the Proceeding order No. S2/10944/2020, dated 25-11- 2020 issued under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002) towards the purpose of construction of ROB in lieu of Lc 32 between Tambaram to Perungalathur Railway Station.

Variation to the approved Master plan for the Tiruppur Local Planning Area

[G.O. (2D) No. 127, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)], dated 24-7-2020.]

No. VI(1)/220/2021.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of Powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development [UD 4-(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section - 2, Page No.228, dated 15-07-2009 of the following variations are made to the Master plan for the Tiruppur Local Plannig area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No. II(2)IHOU/573/2006 at page No.375 of Part II—Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 22nd November 2006.

Variations

In the said Second Master Plan in the "LAND USE ScHEDULE under the heading tiruppur Local Planning area. Tiruppur Corporation chettipalayam Village.

(i) Against the "EXISTING ROAD / CART TRACK'' for the expression 81, the expression 81 part shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the "MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE (MR)" the expression 81/2. 81/3 shall be added:-

(iii) Against the "MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE (MR)" the expression 81/2. 81/3 shall be added after the entry 60.

ERRATUM TO NOTIFIcATION

The following erratum is issued to Variation Notification No.VI(1)/489/2020 published in Page No.559 in Part VI, Section-1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette (issue No.50) dated 9.12.2020.

Erratum

In the said notification, in the heading. "Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Thiruthuraipoondi Local Planning Area" shall be substituted by the expression, "Variation to the Consented Detailed Development Plan No.3 of the Thiruthuraipoondi Local Planning Area.
