Notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) and Tamil Nadu Acquisition Laws (Revival of operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019) The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below here to be required for the public purpose, for the formation of new road from Thoothukkudi - Vanchimaniyachi through Highways Department at Savarimangalam Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, in the District of Thoothukkudi through Highways Department, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), construction and Maintenance, Thoothukkudi and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTIcE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) it is hereby acquired the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 233798 sq.mtrs. of Dry, lands, to the same, a little more or less is needed for the purpose for the formation of new road from Thoothukkudi - Vanchimaniyachi comprised in S.No. 87/2 etc. at Savarimangalam Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Thoothukkudi District. The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the District Collector, Thoothukkudi and Special Tahsildhar (LA), Thoothukkudi may be inspected on any working day during office hours.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired under for Highways purpose to wit for the formation of Outer Ring Road to Hosur town in Hosur town, Hosur Taluk, krishnagiri District, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (H), Projects, Salem, Tamil Nadu after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTIcE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires that the Dry lands specified in the schedule below measuring to an extent 0.41.34 hectares, of lands in Hosur town, Hosur Taluk, krishnagiri District, for Highways purpose, to wit, for the formation of Outer Ring Road to Hosur town.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the office of the District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition Officer), Salem may be inspected at any time during the office hours

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Mamallapuram Local Planning Area

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971 ( Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No.94 Housing and Urban Development, dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part - II, Section-2, Page - 228, dated:15-07-2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone in to Mixed Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No. 83, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM)] Department, dated: 26-02-2021, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram Local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.153 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 20-06-2013, Notification No. 28, at page No. 481 of Part- II Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 17th July 2013.
