வேலுார் தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றம் பதிவுறுகளை அழித்தல்

காலம் கடந்த வழக்கு ஆவணங்கள் அழித்தல் பற்றிய அறிவிப்பு இதனால் சகலமானவர்களுக்கு தெரிவிப்பது என்னவென்றால் இந்நீதிமன்றத்தில் கீழ்க்கண்டவாறு முடிவடைந்த வழக்கு ஆவணங்கள் காப்பாற்றி வைக்கப்பட வேண்டிய காலம் கடந்து விட்டமையால் அவை அழிக்கத்தக்கவையாக ஆகிவிட்டது. எனவே கீழ்க்கண்ட வழக்கு ஆவணங்கள் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு நாளிதழில் இந்த அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடப்பட்ட பிறகு மேற்படி தேதியிலிருந்து ஒரு மாதம் கடந்த பின் அழிக்கப்படும் கீழ்க்கண்ட வழக்கு கோப்புகளில் தாக்கல் செய்த அல்லது எந்த ஒரு பிரதியின் நகல்கள் தேவைப்படுகின்றவர்கள் இந்த அறிவிப்பு வெளியிடப்பட்ட ஒரு மாதத்திற்குள் இந்த அலுவலகத்தில் விண்ணப்பித்து பெற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டியது. தவறினால் அழிக்கப்படும் என்பதை இதனால் அறிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.

1. In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed. by the G.O. Ms. No. 94 Housing & Urban Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page - 228, dated 15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Mixed Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No. 30, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 03.02.2020.
