Explanation.- (1) Dearness allowance.- In addition to the minimum rates of basic wages fi xed above, the employees shall be paid dearness allowance as indicated below:-

(i) The dearness allowance is linked to the Average Chennai City Consumer Price Index for the year 2010, that is 161 points (with base 2001=100) and for every raise of one point over and above 161 points, an increase of Rs. 45.00 (Rupees forty fi ve only) per point per month shall be paid as dearness allowance.

(3) To arrive at the daily rates of wages. the monthly wages shall be divided by 26.

(4) wherever the existing wages are higher than the minimum wages fi xed herein, the existing wages shall be continued to be paid.

Revision of minimum rates of wages for Employment in Coconut Peeling under the Act.

(iii) The fi rst calculation shall thus be effective from the date of publication of this Notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, based on the Average Chennai City Consumer Price Index Number of the previous year.

(2) Where the nature of work is the same, no distinction in the payment of wages shall be made between male and female employees.

(3) To arrive at monthly rates of wages, the daily wages shall be multiplied by 30.

(4) Wherever the existing wages are higher than the minimum wages fi xed herein, the same shall be continued to be paid.

Employment in Leather goods manufactory.

Explanations.- (1) Zone A and Zone B shall comprise the following areas:-

Zone - A : All Municipal Corporations.

Zone - B : All areas other than Municipal Corporations.

(2) Dearness Allowance.- In addition to the minimum rate of basic wages fi xed above, the employees shall be paid dearness allowance as indicated below:-

(i) The dearness allowance is linked to the Average Chennai City Consumer Price Index for the year 2010, that is, 161 points (wilth base 2001 =100) and for every raise of one point over and above 161 points, an increase of Rs.35.90 (Rupees thirty fi ve and ninety paise only) per month shall be paid as dearness allowance.

(ii) The dearness allowance shall be calculated every month based on the availability of latest consumer price index points.

(3) Where the nature of work is the same, no distinction in the payment of wages shall be made between men and women employees.

(4) To arrive at daily rates of wages, the monthly wages shall be divided by 26.

(5) Wherever the existing wages are higher than the minimum wages fi xed herein, the same shall be continued to be paid.

No. II(2)/LWSD/590/2021.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, செங்கல்பட்டு மாவட்டம் மறைமலைநகர் பகுதியில் இயங்கி வரும் ஃபரேஷியா இன்டீரியர் சிஸ்டம்ஸ் இந்தியா பிரைவேட் லிமிடெட் என்ற நிறுவனத்திற்க்கும், ஒன்றுபட்ட தொழிலாளர் கூட்டமைப்பு என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற்தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;

மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறில் கோரிக்கை எண்கள் 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 12, 22, 23, 25, 26, 31 மற்றும் 32 ஆகியவற்றை சென்னை தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்ப்புக்காக அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற்தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தகராறு சென்னை தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் தீர்விற்காக அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

No. II(2)/PDSI/635/2021.— The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land / lands specifi ed in the Schedule below has / have to be acquired for industrial purposes to wit to forming of ''24-Mandaiveli Metro Station'' and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for land / lands is to be paid out the lands controlled of managed by the Chennai Metro Rail Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Acquisition of land for Industrial Purposes Act,1997 (Tamil Nadu act 10 of 1999).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Tamil Nadu acquisition of land for industrial purposes act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land / lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring 1182 Sq.mt (or) 12723.048 Sq.ft., of lands to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of '24-Mandaiveli Metro Station".

The plans of the lands are kept in the offi ce the Chennai Collector's offi ce, and Taluk Offi ce, Mylapore, RDO, South Chennai Revenue Division Offi ce, Guindy and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
