திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்டம் திண்டுக்கல் (நெ) நபார்டு மற்றும் கிராமச்சாலைகள் உட்கோட்டம், இரயில்வே யார்டில், இரயில்வே கி.மீ. 431/900 - 432/00-ல் அமைந்துள்ள இரயில்வே கடவு எண். 309-க்கு பதிலாக திண்டுக்கல் ஹனுமந்தன் நகரில் சாலை மேம்பாலம் கட்டுதல் பணியின் போது பாலத்தூண் 20-ன் அருகில் அமைந்துள்ள காளியம்மன் கோவிலிலிருந்து தேவியர்களுடன் கூடிய விஷ்ணு கற்சிலை கிடைக்கப்பெற்றது. மேற்படி சிலையானது உட்கோட்ட கோட்டப்பொறியாளர் (நெடுஞ்சாலைகள்) நபார்டு மற்றும் கிராமச்சாலைகள் திண்டுக்கல் (நெ) மூலம் பழனி அரசு அருங்காட்சியகத்தில் 08-02-2019 அன்று ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்டு பாதுகாப்பாக உள்ளது. சிலையின் விபரம் பின்வருமாறு:

மேற்காணும் புதைபொருள் தொடர்பாக புதையல் மீது முழுவதுமாகவோ அல்லது பகுதியாகவோ உரிமை கோரும் அனைவரும் திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவரின் நேர்முக உதவியாளர் (பொது) முன்பாக நேரிலோ அல்லது தன்னால் முறைப்படி நியமிக்கப்படுகின்ற பிரதிநிதி மூலமாகவோ ஆஜராகி உரிமை மேற்கொள்ள வாய்ப்பளிக்கப்படுகிறது. மேற்படி உரிமை கோரல் தொடர்பாக திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவரின் நேர்முக உதவியாளர் (பொது) முன்பாக 20-09-2021, 20-10-2021, 22-11-2021 மற்றும் 20-12-2021 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் நேரிலோ அல்லது தன்னால் நியமிக்கப்படுகின்ற பிரதிநிதி மூலமாகவோ தங்கள் உரிமை தொடர்பான ஆதாரங்களுடன் நேரில் விசாரணைக்கு ஆஜராகும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
புதைபொருள் சட்டம், பிரிவு 9-ன்படி மேற்படி புதையல் தொடர்பாக எவரும் உரிமை கோரவில்லை என்றாலோ அல்லது கோரப்பட்ட உரிமை தக்க ஆதாரமின்மையால் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டாலோ கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்ட புதைபொருள் உரிமையற்றது (Ownerless) என முடிவு செய்து ஆணையிடப்படும்.

Read:
1. The Tamil Nadu state Election commission's s.O.No.2/2019/TNsEc/PE1, dated 10.4.2019.
2. G.O. (Ms) No.796, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Revenue Administration wing, [RA 1(1)] section, dated 28.12.2020.
Order:
Whereas, the Tamil Nadu state Election commission appointed the District collectors concerned except the District Collector, Chennai, as the District Election Officers for their respective Districts for performing the functions specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 6 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Elections) Rules, 1995 in connection with the conduct of elections to Panchayats vide Tamil Nadu state Election commission's statutory Order 1st read above and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary Issue No.172, Part VI-section 2, dated 12.4.2019 vide Notification No.VI(2)/41(a-2)/2019;
Whereas, in the G.O. 2nd read above, the Government have bifurcated Nagapattinam District into Nagapattinam and Mayiladuthurai Districts and the names of block panchayats lying in that Districts were published;
Now, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of the rule 6 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayats (Elections) Rules, 1995, the Tamil Nadu state Election commission hereby appoints the District collector of newly sEP. 1, 2021] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 143 constituted Mayiladuthurai district as the District Election Officer, subject to the superintendence, direction and control of the Tamil Nadu state Election commission, they shall co-ordinate and supervise the preparation and publication of electoral rolls of panchayats and the conduct of elections to the offices of members of the Village Panchayats and the Panchayat Union councils, Presidents and Vice-Presidents of Village Panchayats, chairpersons and Vice-chairpersons of Panchayat Union councils. he shall also perform such other functions as entrusted to them by the Tamil Nadu state Election commission, from time to time, in connection with the conduct of Elections to Panchayats.
