NOTIFICATIONS UNDER THE BANNING OF UNREGULATED DEPOSIT SCHEMES ACT, 2019.
APPOINTMENT OF THE SECRETARY TO GOVERNMENT, HOME, PROHIBITION AND EXCISE DEPARTMENT, CHENNAI-9, AS "COMPETENT AUTHORITY" UNDER THE ACT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 (Central Act 21 of 2019) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the Secretary to Government, Home, Prohibition and Excise Department, Chennai-9, as the Competent Authority for the purposes of the said Act. APPOINTMENT OF DISTRICT REVENUE OFFICERS OF THE DISTRICTS CONCERNED AS THE OFFICERS TO ASSIST THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY UNDER THE ACT.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 7 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act, 2019 (Central Act 21 of 2019). The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the District Revenue Offi cers of the Districts concerned as the offi cers to assist the Competent Authority appointed under sub-section (1) of Section 7 of the said act in discharging its functions under the said Act.
