NOTIFICATIONS BY GOVERNMENT

AMENDMENT TO THE TAMIL NADU AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETING (REGULATION) ACT. No. II(1)/AGFW/23(b)/2021.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 65 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Schedule of the said Act:-

A(cid:3477)(cid:3469)(cid:3478)(cid:3468)(cid:3477)(cid:3469)(cid:3478)(cid:3484) In the said Schedule, in column (2), against the entry "IV. Fibres", in column (1) thereof, for the entry "1. Cotton (Kapas, lint, waste)", the entry "1. Cotton (Kapas)" shall be substituted.
