cONSTITUTION OF SEARcH cOMMITTEE TO REcOMMEND A PANEL OF THREE NAMES TO THE cHANcELLOR FOR SELEcTION OF VIcE –cHANcELLOR OF TAMIL NADU AGRIcULTURAL UNIVERSITY, cOIMBATORE UNDER THE TAMIL NADU AGRIcULTURAL UNIVERSITY AcT, 1971

Under Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University Act, 1971, the Government constitute a Search committee consisting of the following persons to recommend a panel of three names to the chancellor for appointment of Vice-chancellor of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, coimbatore:-
| 1. | Dr. Laxman Singh Rathore, Former Director General of Meterology, India Meteorological Department (IMD), 91-Girnar colony (16A), Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302 021 | Convener Nominated by the chancellor of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. |
| 2 | Dr. Ponniah Rethinam, Ph.D., Former Executive Director, Asia Pacific Coconut Development Community, Jakarta, Indonesia & Former chairman, coconut Development Board, Kochi, 18, Lakshmi Nagar, S.N. Palayam, coimbatore. | Member Nominated by the Academic council, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. |
| 3. | Dr. A. Abdul Kareem, Ph.D., Former Vice-chancellor of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Kareem Noor cottage, 59, Kareem Meera Street, Vandavashi, Tiruvannamalai District. | Member Nominated by the Board of Management, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University. |
2. Dr. Laxman Singh Rathore, Former Director General of Meterology, India Meteorological Department (IMD) will be the convener of the Search committee.
3. The above committee is requested to recommend a panel of three names along with their Bio-data to the chancellor of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, coimbatore for appointment of Vice-chancellor, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, coimbatore.
