Notice under Section 15 (1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the purpose of widening and strengthening of Vandalur to Walajabad in No. 89. Nathanallur Village, Walajabad Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it have already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (General), Highways Department, Chennai and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 ( Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under sub – section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 01442 Sq.mtrs. of Ryotwari Dry lands in Nathanallur Village to the same, a little more or less are needed for Highways purpose of widening and strengthening of Vandalur to Walajabad Road in No. 89. Nathanallur Village, Walajabad Taluk, Kancheepuram District. The plan of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Oragadam Industrial Park Road Infrastructure Scheme @ Sriperumbudur and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below have to be acquired under Highways purpose, for the purpose of construction of High Level Bridge across the river Kosasthalaiyar in Sivada Village and Nemili Village, Tiruttani Taluk of Tiruvallur District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (Projects) Highways Department, and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or other person having interest in the said land, as the case may be, do hereby published the following notice under sub-section 1 of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to extent 1485 Sq. mtrs., of Dry lands in S.No.224/11B etc., and 395 sq.mtrs. of Dry land in S.No.21/6B etc., at Sivada Village and Nemili Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District, to be the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose for the construction of High Level Bridge across the river Kosasthalaiyar.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the Offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer, Tiruvallur and Offi ce of the Tahsildar, Tiruttani and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

1. In exercise of the Power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms. No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD 4-(1)] Department dated 12-06-2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section-2, Page No. 228, dated 15-07-2009.
