ACQUISITION OF LANDS
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002), READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS. (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for Highways purpose of Strengthening and Extending in of SH-79 Tiruchengode - Erode Road from KM 91/250 to KM 91/550 at Samayasangili Agraharam (Part-II) Village in Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (CKICP), Tamil Nadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi ed that the Dry and R.Manai lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 1560.70 sq.mtr., are acquired in Samayasangili Agraharam (Part-II) Village in Kumarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District to the same, a little more or less is needed for Chennai-Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project for State Highways purpose of Strengthening and Extending in SH-79 Tiruchengode - Erode Road from KM 91/250 to KM 91/550.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the Special District Revenue offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Salem and offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai – Kanniyakumari Industrial Corridor Project, Tiruchengode Unit and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

Kondamanaickenpatti (Linear) (Part-II) Village in Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District, and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer(H), Salem (CKICP), Tamilnadu after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
