In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (Central Act 16 of 2016), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby appoints Thiru. Sunil Kumar, I.P.S. (Retired), as a Member of the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority.
