Notice Under sub–section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002) read with Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 38/2019) The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below here to be required for the public purpose, for the formation of Bye Pass Road in Arcot Town in Arcot Taluk in the District of Ranipet through Highways Department, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), NABARD and Rural Roads, Vellore -1, after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTIcE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) it is hereby acquired the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 6994 sq.mtrs. to the same, a little more or less is needed for the purpose for the formation of Bye Pass Road in Arcot Town comprised in S.No. 3/1 and etc., at Arcot Town, Arcot Taluk, Ranipet District. The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the Revenue Divisional Officer's Office, Ranipet may be inspected on any working day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below here to be required for the public purpose, for the formation of up gradation and construction of East Coast Road at K.M.119-710 S.H.176 connecting Thoothukkudi - Tiruchendur - Kanyakumari at Kandasamipuram Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, in the District of Thoothukkudi through Highways Department, and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Construction and Maintenance, Thoothukkudi and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest on such lands as the case may do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) it is hereby acquired the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 140650 sq.mtrs (14.06.50 Hect) of Dry lands, to the same, a little more or less is needed for the purpose for the formation of up gradation and construction of East Coast Road at K.M.119-710 S.H.176 connecting Thoothukkudi - Tiruchendur - Kanyakumari comprised in S.No. 166/1 etc., at Kandasamipuram Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District. The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the District Collector, Thoothukkudi and the Revenue Divisional Office, Thoothukkudi may be inspected on any working day during office hours.

Amendment Notice

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands in the schedule below are required for the purpose of formation of Bye-pass road to Tiruchengodu Town in Athipalayam Village, Tiruchengodu Taluk, Namakkal District, it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer (H), NABARD & Village Roads) Highways Department, Chennai - 32 and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (TN Act 34 of 2002).
Amendment Notice

In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu here by makes the following variations to the Modified Master Plan of the Kumarapalayam Local Planning Area under the siad Act and issued in G.O.Ms.No: 220, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] department, dated13-10-2010 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Part II—Section 2 Page No:793, dated 3-11- 2010.
Variation
in the said master Plan, in ''land use Schedule in Kumarapalayam Municipality, Ayyampalayam Agraharam Village, Ward A, Block No. 2, T.S.No.12/2 under the heading Agricultural use (AG-1 Zone) the following entries should be made.
2. Against the entry of Mixer Residential Use Zone T.S.No.12/2B shall be added.
3. Against the entry of Agricultural use zone (AG-I) use zone for the expression T.S.No. 12/2 the expression T.S.No. 12/2 except 12/2B shall be replaced.

Under the heading Mixed Residential use Zone–iii the following Survey Numbers shall be added 228/7 (Ward–D, Block -23, T.S.No. 10/9A, 10/9B) before the survey No of 229.
Under the heading agricultural use zone Pallathivayal Village aG-3 the following survey numbers shall be added 228 pt (Except 228/7 (Ward–D, Block -23, T.S.No. 10/9A, 10/9B) 230, 233 instead of 228 pt, 230 & 233.

Under the heading Residential use Zone the following Survey Numbers 1073/2, 1074/1B and 2A2 shall be added after 42pt.
Under the heading agricultural use Zone the following survey numbers 1073 to 1075 shall be deleted and the expression 1073(except 1073/2) 1074 (except 1074/1B, 1074/2a2] 1075 shall be substituted.

Under the heading Residential (MR 5) use Zone the following S.F. No. 586/2D2, , 586/2E, 587/2B1, 588/6B shall be added after 552 to 559.
Under the heading agricultural (aG8) use zone the following S.Nos. 585 to 607 shall be deleted. The expression 585, 586pt (except 586/2d2, 586/2e) 587pt (except 587/2B1), 588pt (except 588/6B) 589 to 607 shall be substituted.
