In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Universities Laws (Amendment and Repeal) Act, 2021 (Tamil Nadu Act 32 of 2021), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the 7th day of October, 2021 as the date on which the said Act shall come into force.
