The affairs of the Tenkasi Primary Weavers Co-operative Production and Sale Society Ltd. 0.874. Tenkasi Taluk, Tenkasi District, is ordered to be wound up under Section 137 (2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 30 of 1983 and the Handloom Offi cer (Statutory and Liquidation) of the Offi ce of the Assistant Director of Handlooms and Textiles, Tirunelveli is appointed as its Offi cial Liquidator under Section 138 of the same Act with effect from 13-09-2021.

Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001(Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws(Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are required for construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing 137 at Railway km 160/3 in between Somanur and Vanjipalayam Railway Stations. Acquiring of land is essential for traffi c clearance and that an extent of 7030 square meters specifi ed in the schedule is to be acquired in Sedapalayam Hamlet of Somanur Village for public purpose and it having already been decided that in the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of funds controlled and managed by the Chief Engineer, Highways Projects, Chennai and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or the other persons having interest in the said lands as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

Under sub-section(1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquire the lands specifi ed in the schedule below measuring 7030 square meters to the same, a little more or less are needed for the purpose of construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing 137 at Railway km 160/3 in between Somanur and Vanjipalayam Railway Station in Sulur Taluk.

Under sub section (1) Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002), the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 00719 Sq.mtrs to the same, a little more or less are needed for Highways purpose of widening and strengthening of Singaperumal Koil to Sriperumbudur and Vandalur to Walajabad Road in No.143. Athanacheri Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Oragadam Industrial Park Road Infrastructure Scheme @ Sriperumbudur and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated: 12-06-2009. Which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part-Il— Section:2, Page No.228, dated.15-07-2009 the following variations are made to the modifi ed Master Plan for the Dindigul Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department, Notifi cation No. II(2)Hou/611/2001, at Page No.308 of Part-II—Section.2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 15th August 2001.

In the said Master Plan, in "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Mullipadi Village under the heading Agriculture use zone and Residential use zone the following entries should be made.
1. Against the entry of Residential use zone S.No.305/1A2B, 305/1D2, 306/2A6, 306/2A7B, 306/2A8B, 306/5, 306/6B, 307/3B, 307/5B, 308/8B1, 308/8B2, 308/8B3, 308/9, 308/10B2 shall be added.
2. Against the entry of Agriculture use zone S.No.305/1A2B, 305/1D2, 306/2A6, 306/2A7B, 306/2A8B, 306/5, 306/6B, 307/3B, 307/5B, 308/8B1, 308/8B2, 308/8B3, 308/9, 308/10B2 shall be deleted.
